Step out into a paradise of wildlife. It is not unusual to spy a roe deer though the trees. Or watch our resident red squirrels busy dashing up and down tree trunks up. In spring, when all the wild azaleas and rhodendrons are out, its like walking through a massive exotic garden..
Explore the many trails and walks through the woods or down by the river. The nature trail is especially good for the children as it has the odd slide, rope swing, balancing plank, fort for them to play on. And in the summer, when the bracken is high, it has the famous Inverawe maze.
Enjoy walking down to Loch Etive and watch all the seabirds, with the occasional seal . You will get wonderful views of Loch Etive, hundreds of rabbits for the kids to spot and can go paddling in the sea.
Dogs are welcome on all our walks but please keep under control as there are sheep and cattle around.
Very friendly staff, lovely nature walk with ‘Treasure Hunt’. A highlight of our holiday in Scotland.
We now have the falconry display every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 2.30pm
With great catches and lots of happy fishermen
